ieee1394: sbp2: more help in Kconfig

Add some pointers to SCSI to the configuration menu item of sbp2.

This replaces the patch "ieee1394: sbp2: select SCSI in Kconfig".
The select directive cannot select dependencies-of-dependencies, and
SCSI will depend on BLOCK soon.
